The program
A year of professional growth, without the travel
Professional development budgets are tight and travel is hard to justify. So the same few people from each institution go to conferences, while everyone else, part-time faculty most of all, rarely gets professional development built for the work they actually do.
FACCC + Catapult Masterclass is the answer to that. It is not a virtual conference or a webinar series. It is a year of personalized professional growth: on-demand masterclasses you take when you have time, live monthly Q&As with the speakers, and an active learning community, with Flex and college credit options.
Each month brings an expert speaker and a timely topic in one to three hours, so the ideas reach your classroom without taking you out of it.

What’s included
Unlimited access for 365 days
More than 40 asynchronous masterclasses, with new ones added every term. Take them in any order, as often as you want.
Live virtual Q&A sessions
Every month except July and December, with the keynote speakers and fellow faculty innovators.
Tactical playbooks
A step-by-step guide for every session, so an idea from Tuesday can be in your classroom by Thursday.
Certificates and digital badges
Completion certificates for every masterclass, eligible for Flex credit.
Up to 15 college units
Undergraduate or graduate units available through the University of Central Missouri.
